My current fixed tariff with Octopus was coming to an end and I searched the market for alternative prices. I found that other suppliers were offering a cheaper price than Octopus.I contacted them and the ever so helpful and friendly Karien from Octopus helped me match these prices. As a result, one happy customer! Thanks Octopus and Karien!

Just spoke to James Smith at Octopus / Co-operative energy to review my gas and electricity tariffs. How refreshing to be told that I would be reducing my bills by £17 per month if I switched to London Power, the new green energy supplier exclusively for Londoners launched by the Mayor of London. Thanks James for making my day. You were charming and helpful.
