An excellent customer Service I am very happy with the service we have received from London Power. We are on the cheapest tariff and there are no fees for changing.

After living in London for 5 years and having switched between multiple power companies i finally found London Power and stayed with them for the rest of my time in the city. They differ themselves from the rest of the competition by offering contracts that are actually easy to understand as a customer, where others have a multitude of different rates and fees and variation London Power really goes all in to make your life as a customer as easy as possible. When i moved from London and called them up to end the contract an agent names James helped me out both with the cancellation but also understanding the balance on my account and how they will credit me the excess balance, something i've always found hard to get a grasp on.

I have been liaising with James Smith in recent weeks' and he has been incredibly helpful and gone over and above to answer my enquiries. James is always polite, professional and extremely efficient, responding promptly to my queries. I feel assured knowing someone of James's calibre is there to assist me. Thank you James for all of your support, it's greatly appreciated.

Switched to Octopus Energy while back and think that they are THE BEST! No hassle great website and customer service is the tops!
