I contacted London Power with the idea of leaving them as my energy provider, but after talking with CSA James Smith, I decided to remain with London Power and tried to reduce my monthly consumption of energy and work out a fairer price after. I have recently migrated over to London Power, owing to them having the best energy price. The switchover was easy and without problems. I had reason to call London Power, simply for some clarifying points and the team were helpful and answered by enquiry easily. Right now, I could not be happier, knowing I have the cheapest rate and I believe my best interests at heart. London is an expensive city, so to get a helping hand like this, is wonderful. Thank you.

London Power, what a great deal.
Just switched to London Power for my electricity. Spoke to a very helpful customer service representative called James Smith, who patiently talked me through all the different things I needed to know in order to compare various electricity suppliers. I rang off to do a bit of web digging and it turns out London Power is indeed one of the very cheapest suppliers, virtually the cheapest, but what tipped me over the edge is that it’s a not-for-profit organisation. I called back, spoke a bit more to the same helpful guy, James, just to cross all the T’s and dot all the I’s, and decided to go ahead. As a result I’ll save an estimated £132 a year, compared to my old supplier British Gas. Not only would I recommend London Power, I would urge you to switch. There’s real money to be saved, and with an ethical company to boot.

I’ve come across this new supplier and after reading about it I decide to go for it and switch my account with them. Of course during the registration of my details I made a mistake selecting the type of meter duh! I’ve contacted London Power via email and Christie reply to me quickly solving my issue in a very short time. She gave me a lot of details about how she fixed my mistake and she reassured me about the process going forward with no further delay. I appreciate her help and I am confident I will stay loyal to this supplier for long time! I strongly advise who is looking for good tariff and excellent customer service to check out London Power!

i would recommend London Power to everyone i know, the customer ervice team are very helpful and polite in the switch over being as smooth as possible, i have already told 2 other friends and showed them the calculator of the monthly payment for thier address's which they both liked with it being a little cheaper than the companies they are with now, i have spoken to Molly Finch a couple of times via telephone, she was very knowledgable in the company and helped with all apsects of the switch to make it as smooth as possible, i was constantly updated via my london account and email to keep me informed of what has happened during the switch over proccess, i would give Molly an additional 10 star rating if it were possible for her continued help and support, and i just hope i was as polite on the phone the few times we spoke as she was to me, thanks Molly you've been a star.

Just signed up with London Power after a horrible experience with British Gas. The phone representative I spoke with, James Smith, was extremely helpful in getting me switched over.

Great service from Raveen today in switching my tariff to a cheaper one - done within an hour or so of sending an email this morning. Prompt and friendly. Very happy I moved to Octopus! Beats the other big energy companies I've used hands-down!
