We recently changed to London Power and have been delighted with the service: good value for money and regular clear email communication. We have found James Smith to be particularly helpful, responding to emails and special requests within minutes, in a professional and friendly manner.

Christie was so helpful in helping me to switch from Octopus to London Power. I have been with Octopus for 2 years and decided to move to London Power as they have cheaper energy prices at the moment. I switched to Octopus energy a year ago ,and I can honestly say they have been the most efficient company I have ever used. Easy to understand web page and normally I would get a polite reply within the day . Customer service from Abby has been first class . HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

so pleased ive made the switch to london power low rate tariffs excellent customer services made a phone call to customer services.today answered in 3 seconds. and james was great sorted my problem. james even made sure before the call ended that i was happy. this is what you call service and green energy too
