We used 123Floor to supply and fit carpets and Quickstep laminate as part of a house refurbishment. We have found the service to be fantastic throughout the process. Charlie's advice on the various options was invaluable. He didn't try to "upsell" us but recommended flooring that was appropriate and within budget. Rob was a complete hero and pulled out all the stops to get fitters in before we had guests coming to stay. All in all would definitely recommend and will use again.

What sets this company apart is the excellent personal service provided by Charlie and the team. This is the second time we have used them to supply and fit a wooden floor. We had an issue with the quality of the original boards we had chosen and the fitter had started to lay. It was sorted out by Charlie with a minimum of fuss and we are very happy with the end result. The fitter, Chris, was courteous and did a great job.
