Tesni in the showroom is very helpful. I was slightly frustrated that the showroom didn’t have many large examples of the type of floor I chose and few samples which made choosing harder for me. Everything happened to time. The fitter was very friendly and professional. I’m delighted with my new floor which has been brilliantly laid.

Very helpful and flexible in sourcing the floor tiles and adjusting the fitting date after we were delayed by other contractors more than once. Excellent advice about choice of layout. We were given a final date and then an earlier date after somebody else cancelled a fitting. Unfortunately, this led to the fit having to be completed in two visits several days apart. Very frustrating but completion was still earlier than original forecast.

123floor provided us with excellent service from inception to completion. They discussed our potential requirements when we first visited their showroom & ordered several samples for us from the supplier of the flooring we were interested in for delivery to our home. Later they loaned us a couple of selected larger samples from their in-store display. These were particularly helpful in deciding the sample that would best suit our room layout & decor. In fact, this was key to the decision, because the flooring we chose was not our original favourite. The floor was laid exactly as pre-arranged. The fitter was on time both days, offered his sound advice & did a thoroughly excellent job. It looks great.

Very satisfied with the service, even though they came later than planned due to a van breakdown they made sure the work was completed as planned, will definitely recommend and use again in the future. Only feedback I have would be regarding communication. It would be great to be more proactive and let the customer know if you're running late rather than us calling to find out what has happened.
