Very informative staff who spoke with confidence and knowledge about the products. A quick response with a quotation. Not the cheapest quote we had but they did offer a price match with Amtico registered / recommended fitters.

Tony came to fit our carpet on the stairs and landing but it turned out that we have a leaky pipe and he couldn't continue on that day. However, that was no problem at all - we re-scheduled and the carpet looks amazing! Tony did a fantastic job (while we were at work) and he was super nice - he even washed his coffee mug! the shop service provided by the co-owners is excellent, faultless. The product range is extensive and they know their products in-side out. The only complaint would be some of the fitting (vinyls) was not perfect which for the prices being paid.

123Floor are very helpful and have a great choice of flooring in store for you to view. Rob and Charlie were super helpful at providing advice, talking me through the different ranges on offer, visiting to provide quotes and brought along samples for me to check the colours against in my home. They also offer the option of taking some samples home yourself on the day you pop in so you can start the ball rolling with checking what colours/patterns will work. Thanks again!

123Floor was recommended to us from a friend after we checked out carpet right!! We weren’t happy with the extrem excess of cost from that company so we went and spoken to Charlie in store. He is very kind and honest as he took the time to understand what we wanted and at no point I felt forced into something I didn’t want!! We now used them for the second time, had carpet and wood floor fitted and on both occasions we were very happy. We won’t need much more done now but i would definitely recommend them to everyone
