I had the amtico flooring in my newly refurbished kitchen. Rob and Charlie were great from the start with my decision making on colour and layout etc. I was concerned about what they would do with my Amrican fridge freezer as the flooring had to go under it. I'm still not sure how they did it but the floor looks amazing. Would definitely recommend 123 Floor. Thanks guys!

Our hallway flooring was fitted without a hitch in less than a day. The work was scheduled to accommodate a forthcoming holiday and all was handled with polite and friendly efficiency.

My husband stumbled across 123floor whilst out on a run & our initial intention was to look at samples and use another company we've used in the past. However their knowledge and 'nothing is too much' attitude to serving the customer persuaded us to use them. We are delighted we have as the whole process of getting samples & going back & forth with options was so helpful that we adore the colour we finally chose & the fit of the floor is superb (Brett was excellent). Charlie and Rob helped us enormously in choosing the best carpet for our loft conversion, advising on wool percentage options and thread weight for the expected foot traffic. We were supplied with a range of samples to take home in order to finalise the style and colour choice that would work for us with our other décor choices. The guys were very patient when we had to delay due to some building issues that led to us having to extend our timescale substantially. Once we’d finalised the order our carpet was fitted quickly and efficiently and we’re delighted with the result. Found all staff to be very helpful. Brought samples to the house and nothing was too much trouble. Having originally two different floor levels (Concrete/wood) the floor fitter made a brilliant job and we are over the moon with the finished floor.
