I contacted Project EV after a problem developed with my EV car charger and spoke to their Technical Support. The technical support I received from Jaida was first class. Although the problem couldn't be resolved over the phone as it required a site visit, she followed up my initial enquiry to check that everything had been resolved to my satisfaction

Exceptional help and Support given, thank you.

I'm new to EV's and charging the car and so I've needed support and help on a couple of occasions. I've found that Project EV have an excellent support team, in particular Jaida. They are clear, explain any issues and have solved them for me. This is exceptional service! While the charger is very good, its the after sales/ technical support that makes Project EV stand out for us. Esp. when they say "if you have any other issues don't hesitate to contact them", WOW you don't hear that from many firms. A modern, up to date firm with old fashioned values, thanks everyone at Project EV.

Engineer visit from Alex (engineer) visited to…

This morning Alex (engineer) visited to inspect our original charger which had failed to work (electrical issues) and installed a new one , plus set it up to exactly what we wanted (simple “plug and charge” ) and gave me all the advice needed to work the charger and for future use how to charge via solar panels . Excellent service .
