Perfect service

Perfect service. Great EV chargers and everyone I spoke to or emailed was friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much for staff to help me with during and after installation. I couldn’t recommend Project EV higher. Particular mention to Ademola Kassim who helped and guided me through the set up process for public pay chargers and was great to deal with.

Great experience

Spoke to Jordan who answered the phone quickly, he was friendly and polite. After giving him the details, providing some screen shots and changing a few settings it was decided an engineer needed to visit. Engineer visit was arranged within a few days and came out the same week. Jonathon kept me informed of his arrival and even arrived a few minutes early. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Listened to explanation of problem and answered all my questions without hesitation. After trying and testing lots of things it was decided a new unit was needed. Jonathon installed it quickly and with care to the property. Great experience all around

Had a problem with my charger and spoke with harry, he was so knowledgeable and very patient as I am no techno wizard, he spent ages trying to sort it for me and had to call me back which he duly did,and the charger is now working

I spoke to Jordan in the technical section regarding the internet link to my charger which needed re connecting. Jordan talked me through the process and showed much patience and care. The connection worked first time and I am most grateful to Jordan for the help he gave me.

Great customer service

We have a problem with our charging unit as it's tripping the house RCD. We contacted Project EV by email and got a call back from Jordan Tague by return, who has been incredibly helpful in trying to sort out the issues. He is patient on the phone in talking things through and really clear in his instructions when we needed to do stuff with the charging unit as part of his remote tests. He talks knowledgeably about the unit; and best of all, he is proactive in trying to help get the issues resolved. It's been great customer service so far and we are grateful to him!

Excellent customer service

I’ve had issues with PEV in the past, to a point where I had given up having more than a plug and charge charger. This time Rajwinder Kaur was brilliant, understanding my problem immediately (getting latest firmware onto the charger), arranging the firmware update including troubleshooting the connection of a LAN cable I removed, and giving clear and honest advice about choosing whether to remain on the Project EV app or move to Electric Miles. All in all great service that means I don’t have to worry about paying for another brand of charger any time soon as I know Project EV customer service have my back.

I had an excellent experience with Project EV! From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. The customer service was outstanding, and the communication throughout was spot on. The engineer who attended was prompt, kept me well informed during the visit, and followed up straight away with a detailed report. What really stood out was how efficiently everything was handled and how seamlessly it all linked back to my initial contact. On the whole, it is a very efficient and well-coordinated service. Highly recommended!
