Issue with set up

I was unable to set up my Project EV Charger. I sent an email to customer service asking for technical assistance. Callum rang me back in the morning and talked me through the process. It took nearly two hours to get it connected. Callum was systematic in going through the process to diagnose the issue. He was clear, directive, easy to understand and patient on the phone.

I have a project ev car charger around…

I have a project ev car charger around 6 months. Just had a one problem, can't connect to WiFi. Today was contacting technical support team. Thank you Wade Miller!!! You provided fantastic service. All issues have been sorted,all working perfectly. Strongly recommend!!!

Cable stuck in charger

Phoned Project ev about a cable that was stuck into the charger. Spoke with Scott who was knowledgeable and very helpful. He talked me through the settings on the app and we got it sorted quickly and easily. Thanks Scott.

Speak to Will Price

I found the initial set up of my Project EV box extremely frustrating and spent over 3 hours last Friday, spoke to several advisors without success. However, with Will Price's technical support, I'm now up and running. Without Will's manner and level of knowledge I'd still be stuck with a car I can't charge so am extremely grateful. 5 stars for Will... I just wish I'd been able to speak to him first!
