Excellent service!

The moment I contacted Project EV , all the staff were very helpful. Jayda put me straight through to Jordan on the technical team, who spent ages patiently talking me through various ways to try to get the charger to work, after 45 minutes he said we needed an engineer to come out to resolve the matter. Rich came out to look at the problem and sorted everything out within 20 minutes! He reset the charger back to factory settings and set it up from scratch; then showed us how to use the app; we now have a working charger! We’d like to say a big thank you; everything was sorted out very quickly and efficiently; would definitely recommend the company; excellent service.

User error, no judgement, just helpful

When I called, the call was answered promptly by Jaida who was quick to diagnose my issue and didn’t judge me when we realised it was my technical incompetence. Instead Jaida very calmly and clearly talked me through the solution and even ended the call saying if I had any more issues just to call back.

Needed assistance to update charger with new Wi-fi details

Changed my Wi-Fi connection and couldn't get the charger to accept the new information despite following the guidance. Contacted Project EV and Rajwinder Kaur provided me with support to talk me through the process and bingo, the charger back fully functioning. Rajwinder was extremely attentive, supportive and got me where I needed to be seamlessly.

Excellent service. i called the number out of hours, i didnt leave a mesage bbut they still called me back the following morning. They sent out an engineer free of chagre who replaced my unit free of charge due to a wiring fault by the installer, this was 2.5 years after install. very happy

I phoned with multiple faults on a home EV charger that I have had for 3 years. Raj was extremely helpful and talked me through every issue step by step with incredible patients and a determination to get me back up on running. Complete new account set up, updated all the settings on my phone and the firmware on my home charger. I am fairly useless at technology and I think it took her the best part of 40 minutes to sort everything out. Exceptional service, thank you very much

Wonderful

I was not expecting the team at Project EV to be so helpful. Mohammed was great in getting an Engineer organised and Jordan quickly and efficiently sorted the problem when he came out. Having had a wall box from another company which went wrong and the supplier blamed the APP and the car rather that their box, I was relieved to find Project EV so helpful and took responsibility of the problem.
