William was polite and understanding and really tried to help us with the issues we have with the charger. he spent a long time talking us through the problems and tried to resolve these remotely. unfortunately the problem couldn't be resolved and he promised to get an engineer out to deal with the problem, today i have had contact from an engineer and an appointment has been made

Amazing Customer service.

Amazing Customer service. Very good CS support from Mohammed Akhtar who managed to schedule the engineer appointment very swiftly and kept us informed. Engineer Johnathan visited earlier than expected and fixed the issue without any hassle, excellent customer focused and very efficient. 5 stars for both of them and highly recommend them.

Absolute piece of absolute rubbish Do not buy Awful aftercare Their chargers are the biggest load of tosh in existence giving me repeated unreliability and multiple times no charge so I cannot get to work You should all be sued for all your worth with such disgusting disgraceful dreadful tech.
