After having a charger installed at our office I began to have problems when the charger had been working perfectly. I called Project EV and they answered really quickly. It was Wade Miller that helped me and he took me through the fix step by step. It took around 15/20 minutes and he was very clear, explaining what I needed to do with the app etc. At the end of the call the charger was conncted to my Wifi (which it hadnt been before) and the delay that was preset on my app was removed. Excellent service and I would highly recommend.

I recently changed my WiFi router.
I recently changed my WiFi router and was having difficulty reconnecting the charger. I contacted Project EV by e mail late on Wednesday and first thing Thursday I had a much cleaner explanation e mailed through which helped me to reconnect. So, accurate and speedy response, very good thanks.
Project EV charger LAN connection
I just had a Project EV charger installed and the electrician was unable to connect to LAN, left me to pick it up. Contacted Project EV technical support, spoke to Tiyana who was very patient and helped me finally get the charger connected and working. Thank you so much, great first impressions of Project EV.
