Very efficient and knowledgable team

Have been using Project EV charge point since 2022. I reported a problem with the RCBO trip switch via the support website. Got a swift response from William and after a couple of email exchanges to clarify details, serial number etc Harry arranged for an engineer to replace the RCBO switch today. Jonathan arrived as scheduled, replaced the RCBO and explained the unit settings and how to best use the App. Very efficient and knowledgable team

Charger unavailable

Tried all methods to reset unit using the manual with no luck. Contacted customer service and was put onto Harry. Harry was very helpful and patient with me and talked me through various set up procedures and finally coming to a satisfactory outcome.

Issue resolved

Thanks to support from Mohammed but he was unable to find the issue with my charger. Jonathan attended on the agreed day and carried out extensive investigations before identifying the issue was in my iphone. Thanks for great customer service.

Excellent customer service

I have to express my thanks and pay tribute to the young lady, Raj, who dealt with the problem we were having with our EV home charger. It took a while to finally fix the problem, having just changed our broadband provider, but Raj was extremely patient and talked me through the process, despite me typing in the wrong password with my sausage fingers. She was attentive, kind and understanding, and I offer her our genuine thanks. If only all customer service could be this great. Thank you Raj.

Support to resolve a my unit not charging.

I requested support on an issue of not charging and also how to connect my Charger to the internet as my unit was installed in a new build prior to me moving in . The support I received, with structured diagnosis, solved my issue in a relatively short time (my working away meant longer time to fix. Jordan Tague Was very helpful, methodical and resulted in both issues being resolved. I am very pleased with the whole support process, thank you, John.
