Brilliant Customer Service
I was struggling to get my charger to schedule a charge with my car, I contacted Project EV Support by email and had a response straight away. The customer service is fantastic, extremely helpful. Jaida-Leigh Esson remotely changed the settings on my charger and explained exactly what I needed to do, she even arranged to call me whilst I did a test charge. Brilliant support and response time. Jaida-Leigh Esson this is exactly how all customer services should work, thank you for all your help.

Forced account top up, chargers don’t work, no weekend phone line.
They force you to top up £10 before you can even try to charge. The chargers are pretty useless. Tried several and they all just time out without detecting the car. And of course can’t get the £10 back. I tried calling their support line which isn’t open on weekends so please avoid this company at all costs if you’re low on power.

Following a change of broadband provider, I was experiencing issues with my EV charger - it wouldn’t work! I spoke with Mohammed Akhtar who fully understood my non-technical explanation of the issue. He talked me through a number of steps, which were very clear, to get my charger working again. He followed this up with an email to confirm the instructions and provided his own contact information (not details for a generic helpdesk) so that I could contact him directly with any issues. About 2 weeks later I did experience further issues so emailed Mohammed - he responded very quickly with a further suggestion and an offer to have a call at a time convenient to me. I followed the instructions which worked (so no need for the call). Would be great if all helplines provided as efficient, timely and knowledgeable service as I received from Mohammed. Shout out to engineer Ian Gray for providing technical support to Mohammed to resolve my issue.
