Excellent support provided by Jaida and a delight to speak to. Very knowledgeable on fixing my problem with connectivity with app, charger and my home WiFi. It was a pleasure to be able speak to someone so quickly having phoned and spoke directly with an expert (Jaida). Apex EV charger highly recommend also.

Fantastic technical support as well as customer service skills. Jordan dealt with my problem connecting an app to an EV charger perfectly. Great customer service skills from the technical department- he understood everything I said and it was like phoning up a friend to help me out! I do hope the company realise how pivotal these employees are - because of this positive interaction I am an advocate of the product because of the employees- so well done Jordan - I will now recommend to others the Project EV

We had an issue with our charger. Online help quickly arranged a technician to attend site. Jonathan arrived promptly, helpful, polite and informative. Went over and above with helping us on some unused functions too.

Had to call Project EV as my wall…

Had to call Project EV as my wall charger was disconnecting. Spoke to Rajwinder and she was able to talk me through the initial set up process again. fingers crossed it works but the initial impressions are that it does.
