Excellent and clear support and help.

I was having trouble charging my electric vehicle overnight using a Project EV charging point. So I reached out to to them using a second request and their response was almost insantaneous. Jaida clearly understood the issue and then provided very clear step-by-step instructions which worked perfectly. Her instructions should be available on the company's web-site in my opinion. In short - excellent service.

So frustrating trying to set this app…

So frustrating trying to set this app up. All I want to do is charge my car but that seems impossible with this system. Not happy, I will get around it, the fact people are saying how well the tech team do, is a statement in its self. It should be installed and run without contacting a tech team!!!!!!!!!

Project EV helpdesk - Lil' speedy Lilly!

I have had a couple of the Project EV chargers, and on the occasions that I have had to contact the support team, they have been very responsive at responding and resolving any issues that I have had. During my most recent contact, Lilly was super fast at unbinding a changer that I purchased 2nd hand, and happy to upgrade the firmware on my original device.
