I cant recommend this fabulous product enough.. Such a personal service right through. From checking the order to sending instruction videos. Always quick to respond and so lovely. The actual pony O is amazing. I have a lot of hair and even with the really good hair bobbles I still got a headache from the pulling at the end of the day... This is a game changer for me.. So comfy I forgot it was there ❤️

I bought one to begin with, because I was skeptical. When I got it I tried it out, and it was the easiest thing to use. I absolutely loved it. So much so that I went ahead and ordered another one. After that I ordered the fun bar, a couple more pony oh, the bling rings, and more. I absolutely love them! I probably have about five or six of different colors. I’ve given some to my sister, I’ve given some to my mom, I’ve given some to my best friend! I absolutely love them! My favorite look is the two buns,With the bling! I highly recommend!

The customer service was really great (it took over a month to get here, I only live in Canada) very polite and prompt with emails. I have very thick, somewhat long hair. I’m mainly just on here to warn the ladies/anyone with thick hair, because UNLIKE the advertising: if you have more hair than a Barbie, this isn’t going to work for you. Save your money.

First of all, I am NOT nor have I ever been a "hair person". My hair has always been long and thick. The only things I could do with it were a ponytail with a good old 1990s scrunchie because my elastic holders would break and do this weird thing where I twisted it up and used a heavy duty barrette to pile it on top of my head. I can't even use a curling iron! It's honestly embarrassing. I can use the curling irons that wind the hair up themselves and do the work for you but after 2 hours, my arms are like spaghetti. So that became a once every few months hairdo. Buns? Ha! Forget it! I don't know how to do those, either. I started seeing ads for Pony-O. Of course, I was skeptical. These magical things were supposed to give me a perfect salon-quality bun with no bobby pins or loads of hairspray? A ponyo was going to give me a beautiful, high ponytail without the headache and keep all my hair up all day? Yep, I was skeptical. But I kept watching the videos and it looked so easy. I broke down and bought a couple of holders and two Bun Barz. When I got them in the mail, I rushed into the bathroom to practice. It took me 2-3 times to get the hang of it and voila! Within 5 minutes I had a beautiful bun! My collection has grown immensely and I enjoy pretty, neat buns and even sexy, messy buns now nearly every day. I still want to practice a lot of the other styles and get those down pat. Give it a try. Watch the videos. Watch them again. If I can get the hang of them, so can you! It really is as easy as they make it look in the videos. I can't wait to start trying new things and perfecting those looks. Thank you, Ponyo! You are my hair's spirit animal.

Great product. I've used Pony O with and without extensions and I like the look with both. My hair is heavier with extensions so I found using a traditional hair tie in addition to the pony o works best if I'm sporting it on top of my head. It's worth it to me to use both as the look with pony o is completely different- better. As a professional photographer I would recommend Pony O. There is nothing worse than trying to photograph someone with flat hair or a droopy pony, especially when you're look is supposed to be glam. Pony O Hair Accessories are a fun way to next level your ponytail game. I own two and will buy more.

I can't review the actual hairbands, because I was saved from that experience thanks to the honest reviews I read on here. So thank you all for that! I was already highly doubtful because of the initial price for the hairbands, the overseas shipping cost and the possibility of having to pay import taxes for a bunch of hairbands. What I can review however and what further confirms my feeling of this company, is their mailing policy. After I visited their website and carted a few items I received no less than 5 emails within 12 hours. Pretty agressive marketing strategy and I don't apreciate it at all.

I love this product. It doesn’t break my hair like elastics do and it looks amazing with lots of different styles to choose from. The company is great too. I was a little concerned ordering from abroad but they hold your hand all the way and any issues are quickly sorted out. I’m a massive fan! Thank you Pony-O 💖💖💖

I have tried loads of different hair bobbles in the past and working for a hair trade company that is a lot, but had to keep fixing my hair loads throughout the day. I saw these advertised and had to try them. I ordered 3 pony o’s and the bun bar on the 3 + 1 free deal. They arrived within 4 days (UK) beautifully packaged with a wee branded bag to keep them in and a lovely step by step guide to using the different products. I had to use them as soon as they arrived. I am an active mum of 4 and work full time so was absolutely delighted when it got to the evening and realised I hadn’t had to fix my hair once all day and more importantly no headache! I will definitely be purchasing more of these and will highly recommend them to friends and family.
