I LOVE Ponyo! Where do I even begin on why?! Firstly the product itself is phenomenal. I have had my hair various lengths over the years, and at every stage, Ponyo has worked for me. I love all the new colors and sizes. On top of the best hair “tie” I’ve ever used their customer service is incredible. These women are always available to answer questions, and are always treading new colors and products that the customer wants to see! I will never stop using my Ponyo!

I hate their are negative reviews because I have had such GREAT experience with this product! I found it PERFECT for my curly/coily hair. Especially when wet and I am washing and conditioning my natural hair. It does not pull my hair AT ALL unlike regular rubber bands! I have tested this product over and over again with my natural hair, wigs, weaves, braids, and it works GREAT on ALL my hair styles! I am so grateful I stumbled and click on the Facebook ad! 😊😊😊😊

I wish I had seen the reviews in Trustpilot before I bought this product. I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold my hair up. I bought XL because I have thick hair, it's just not long enough to bend it from both sides to secure the ponytail. I also bought one of the Bling Ringz and it's the same story, I even hurt my hand trying to tie my hair with it. Hopefully, this will be the first and last time I ever buy anything by seeing a Facebook AD.

I recently received my first order and I love them, wish I didn't let the bad reviews put me off for so long. I ordered 6 original ones (I know but couldn't chose, too many colours and patterns), two Pony O 2.0 to use with the bun bars, 5 bling rings and 2 bun bars. I can achieve a ponytail as tight as with an elastic and doesn't drop through the day. The secret is in keeping well hold off the hair and don't let it slip at the sides before the Pony O is tightened, it sounds lots of work but it took me only 3 attempts to get it right. Don't bent it in the middle, only bend the ends. My hair can be fragile but haven't had problems with broken hair so far. The bun barz are still a work in progress, I can do a low/mid bun, working on the high one. My hair is medium thickness, bleached, I use the classic size and a Pony 0 2.0 under the bun bar otherwise my hair is too heavy to use the bars on their own. I realised lots of the bad reviews I was reading are from people who bought copycats on Amazon/Wish/etc and then leave reviews convinced they are/should be like the original. If you buy a cheap imitation then you cannot go and complain to the company that produces the original one, they keep saying they only sell through their website but so many people don't seem to listen only cause you can search Pony O on Amazon or other sites and it brings up a fake. Like if it resembles the original let's leave a scating review with the name of the original product in it, cause why not eh? The parcel took 5 days from USA to UK. If you wear ponytails go for it!

I don't not have a complaint about shipping and buying process, they came in quick (I live in the US). So at first I really liked this to give it a 4 or 5 star even but the more I wear it I realize it can get loose at times and have to re-adjust it. Which is mostly fine, but you have to get it just right to get a tight hold and even then it will eventually start to loosen up. It works better than a normal ponytail holder but for the price, I don't know, it could be a little lower since it didn't really advertise what it said it was going to do. For note, I also have medium density hair and it could be pulling it down some. Probably better to go with the XL one for thick hair for sure or only use for pretty thin hair.

So took a little time to reach me in the UK but totally worth it. These bad boys keep your hair in a voluminous pony tail all day. I am an ER nurse and do not have time to mess about with my hair so these are perfect. Light weight, comfortable and don’t damage you hair. I ❤️ Them!

Shocking for the money, advertising is fab look fab and of course the product is flat, doesn't hold my hair up at all falls out, doesn't stay perky and I brought the bun bars which don't work you can't over lap and when you manage to get it on the bun looks flat and horrible, if I could give it zero I would.

Thank you for making such robust quality hair accessories. You have made me enjoy my fine hair again, and look forward to each day having diffrent styles. They stay in really well and love the leopard print. They really do put more volume to your hair. Highly recomend buying. And quick service and a very efficient service, even from messages sent.

I have very thin, fine hair and it's a struggle to keep a hair tie in. I'm constantly having to readjust and it never sticks, it just slides right out and gets in my face. Doesn't help my hair is fairly short, too! I was a bit skeptical at first about Pony O, admittedly, but I was so sick of my usual hair ties that I thought I'd give it a try. I'm in LOVE!!! Not only is the dark brown a perfect match for my hair (and I even have balayage!), it actually works. It's also super simple to work, so I don't have to mess around! I got the Bun Bar as well and even though my hair is short, it gives me an absolutely perfect bun the first time around (that actually STAYS IN PLACE and KEEPS ITS SHAPE!). Needless to say, customer for life. I like that I can tell they were built to last, and I love supporting women owned. Seriously, great job ladies. I can't tell you how happy I am that I can now keep my hair up and wear a cute bun for Zoom meetings without feeling raggedy.
