I would love to love them, but I can't. The hair bands are terribly inflexible and don't hold the hair very well. I've bought them twice now (the first ones broke fairly quickly) and thought I'd try again, but to no avail. It's a great idea to make hair stuff that don't break the strands, but this is not it. New innovation, plz!

I will agree with folks on this site that the hair accessories are expensive. I bought before I read the reviews and was surprised when pony o package finally arrived. The classic pony o worked for me very well and I have long relatively thick hair and it has stayed in all day. Happy perky pony with a cool bling ring!. Please before buying read the fine print on exchange and duties as well as the international return policy. I am giving three stars because the company could have more reasonable prices and be more transparent about their return policies. I will say that the product has worked for me as advertised. Take good care and happy shopping.

Poor product and no help from customer service. Pony-o expected me to return and pay postage for refund. Luckily PayPal disagreed with them and issued me a full refund.

So disappointed, I paid £33 for 3 hair bands and they are completely useless. This is a proper scam company doing fake advertising. The hair bands don't hold my hair at all, they don't bend properly like in the videos and leaves you with a very untidy pony tail and loose, not working at all, normal 10p hair bands work 200 times better than this, this is not a hair band. So disappointed, I have to put them in the bin, completely useless, I wish I read the reviews before, everything that people are saying in the bad reviews is true, the good reviews are fake, because this product is useless, trust me.

I must say that had I read the reviews on trustpilot before I ordered, then I wouldn’t have ordered at all. I was very sceptical and it took a while for them to arrive but I am positively surprised. The Pony-O fully lives up to the promise that they hold up the hair and doesn’t Fall down. Ordered both normal and XL size as I have normal hair and my daughter has thick hair. Both stay up once in place. But it is important to get it as close to the head as possible before bending it, orherwise it will fall down.

Absolutely love them! Customer service took great care of me when my package was lost due to the post office. Resent my package right away! I will always recommend these and are quite confused at all these people who say they don't work! They must not know how to use them! I have long thick hair and I will never use another hair tie again!

I waited so long for shopping to the UK. I was charged over £10 extra taxes at the PO to release them to me! I keep watching the tutorial videos and keep trying the pony o bands but they just don't work! My hair is fine and very long and they don't perk up my pony tail at all. They slip down my hair with any kind of movement... I just think they're useless.

With thick, long hair I was excited to finally have a ponytail that stayed up and in place. I was so wrong, even with biggest and thickest Pony O my hair quickly falls out. It is actually worse than any other ponytail holder I have tried. Do not buy!!!

If I could put zero stars i would. Items have been shipped to wrong address. I've checked my order confirmation and I entered my address correctly. The company wants me to pay nearly £7 for reshipping to get the items that I've already paid for!! Would never shop here again.
