Looks amazing, but doesn’t work in reality :/ I bought the ‘normal’ pony-o, but it doesn’t work at all. No ‘perky’ ponytail for me - false advertisement. I even ordered the bun bars, which I still haven’t received 4 weeks later. I have contacted the customer service, but the give strange replies. Like they don’t understand the problem. They provide a tracking number which doesn’t work, so what’s the use?? Don’t order from them!

Total waste of money my hair is thin isand medium length and it didn’t hold it at all 🤬

I've been looking into getting a Pony O for some time I have extremely think long hair and hair bands often get stuck in my hair! I opted for 2 classic bands, a 2.0 because I love the half up style and the bun one. They are brilliant I've used them for a week now and they stay put, my daughter who also has thick long hair loves it because the band doesn't slip out of her hair and she has an effortless pretty bun with out all the clips! My ponytail isn't as perky as the pictures but after practice I realise I should have ordered the XL version for my hair. Overall I'm extremely pleased and will be ordering again. Its also worth noting that I am in the UK I was concerned about ordering from over seas but the Pony O's were delivered in around 2 weeks and there was tracking information so that I could check the progress of my order.

Absolutly usless!!! I never normally write bad reviews as I don't think it is fair to critique something just based on my experience..... But for this I have made an exception!! I have long, thick coarse hair and non of the products would keep it in even a low pony tail... Unless you have about 3 strands of hair don't waste your money!!!

I am an eye doctor and need my hair back all day. The PONY-O is the best invention ever! I have extremely fine, thin hair and it holds without breaking and damaging my fragile hair. Another perk is that it makes my hair look thicker! Blown away by this product and I’m shocked about these negative reviews. They must not be putting it in correctly! I was really excited when I bought my ponyo as I have to wear my hair up for my job and my hair always falls out....but sadly the ponyo fell flat! Doesnt work at all. Just use a hair band and some grips, it's a lot cheaper!

Doesn’t do what the advertising says it does. Falls out after a few minutes.

So bad- I learnt how to make a <5c hair band achieve a decent hairdo. Next to what this thing can't even manage to do--- perfect in fact. Still, cant take the credit of a <5cent hair band and give it to pony-o. Most standard and predictable of failings: slips out however painfully you adhere to one side fold then other side fold- having managed to get all your hair so sleekly in your hand, and mantained that perfection threaded into the pony o. Save your $$$$. Practice til your fingers bleed with the cheapest hairband you can find if you need to- youre already getting the best there has been invented. Tip for future: model pictures are fake. If you havent managed to achieve what youre trying so hard to get- it doesnt exist no matter what they advertise- no matter what picture they show- make the most of what you have to work with in life save the $$ and be happy. You prolly look better than you think you see in the mirror anyway. Lousy false advertising overpriced crap ticks me the f off

I am shocked by what reviews I am reading here... My personal experience with this brand it is a good one...I like the product very much and they have a good costumer service. One of my pony o it was scratched and they send me another one for free. I purchased more...in the end I very much like them,and they do the job ok.

From 5star to 3.. I'm happy with the original one. But that's also the only one that works. Original = (It's comfortable and doesn't "pull" in the same way as the old school ones. Took pretty long to get it delivered, so have patience. I love when people are thinking outside the box and create something completely different.) Then I ordered the slim one and the bun one, as I normally have my hair in a bun. The slim one just doesn't sit as tight, and just slides down. The bun.. I'm really disappointed with. First of all, if you only want to use pony-o's, it's way to heavy on my head, to first have a normal then the bun, it's just not comfortable. And I can't manage to close the bun.. it just keeps opening up. Trying to make the bun it self a bit bigger with pulling some hair out to make it fluffy, just ends up being big and flat, impossible to get it higher.
