Fast shipping but don’t hold on to the hair at all

Not really worth it and I don't see the benefit over using a normal hair tie. In fact my normal hair ties hold my hair up better! It's heavy and slips down occasionally, despite using it as instructed. Don't believe the hype or waste your money!

I was so excited to receive the pony-o, I thought finally I can wear ponytails that look fuller. Well, they look fuller alright, but ohmygod, the weight of these things, it's pulling out all my hair and giving me a headache. I have very fine hair and not much of it, so my ponytails always looked very thin, not cute. The pony-o will make them look fuller, fantastic idea to be honest to flatten your hair and then bend it, love these kinds of visual tricks. But why does it have to weigh a 100 tons? Seriously. If there were a lighter, less stickier version, I would try that, but this one is painful. They should develop different ones for different types of hair, cause I see a lot of you had the problem of not holding (thicker, more hair), but I had the opposite issue to be honest, holding too firm and downright pulling.

It’s very bad, not worth spending a penny. It just keeps your hair loose all the time. Don’t buy it, you will regret it.

I should have take 2 star average reviews here more seriously. 0 star customer service: Package contains no receipt, order info, or return instructions. Items all thrown together. So if you ordered sets of products and want to return specific sets, there is no way to know. Speaking of return, they make it as difficult as possible. There is no automated return process. You have to dig around to find an email address to communicate with a rude individual who will try to convince you to keep your products and drag on the conversation til it's beyond return period. Then she will tell you it's too late to return and make you feel bad and tell you that you made it pass date. 3 stars for the products: The ponytail bands will makes your ponytail look fuller but won't work on fine, smooth, healthy hair. The model's and posted photos are mostly course and bleach damaged hair, so the band grabs the hair better and won't slip like it would on smooth hair. The bun strips yank hair and buns do not stay more than half day. They'll keep telling you it has a learning curve. I'm not sure how many weeks of this learning curve is supposed to last, but if you ask them, they'll keep push it toward pass return date. I wanted to give them 1 stars, but since the owner of the company is a woman and a start-up, I'm rounding up to 2 stars for kudos to her fight to survive in this male dominated world.

My set of one wide and one slim lasted just 3 months.Thats 1,5 months per piece until its all broken inside and does not hold anymore, however you try to bend it.The bunbarz are of the poorest engineering and are absolutely impractical.Barely used them!

My hair slips almost immediately, does not stay up and full like they say it does. Don’t waste your money. Good idea, but bad execution.

I was so excited to receive my pony o thinking I’ve solved all my hair tie problems. Went to the gym with it today and what a disaster. It kept slipping out and spent so much time fixing it back in. Back to regular hair ties then.

Really sucks, i have the hair, they say the pony-o is made for. And Everything they say is a lie. It dont work at all. I thru it away after my first work day. My looks better, feels better, and stays more in place with a normal hairtie.

I realy wanted to like this product but it's terrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. Tried the bun bar and pony O for thick hair...my hair just falls, doesn't stay secure at all. Waste of money.
