It took to long to get approved and made me late for a doctors appointment

I had an appt for a Sat, I arrived on time & I waited about 15min to be serviced. Which is perfectly fine considering the traffic Easterns receives on a Sat. Isa was my sales rep & he was patient & understanding of what I was looking for. Jentry who is a general mgr I believe was very positive in regards to discussing with me what I could actually afford based on my finances & Credit. I’m very appreciative to them for the great service that they provided.

The customer service I received was wonderful. There was no sales pressure and I felt very comfortable with the deal I received for my vehicle.
