I don't usually write reviews of place, but I had a really good experience at Easterns Automotive Group in Laurel, MD. I worked with Francis, who made the process simple and even helped me find great car insurance rates. The prices at Eastern were really great, and all-in-all, it was a good car buying experience.

I really liked my salesman Brandon and manager Jesus. I gave four stars because I feel like there was more wiggle room then they gave. I'm a hard sale and they wouldn't come down at all. I also traded in my 2012 Mazda. They only offered $2450 so I went to CarMax and they offered $4000. I felt their prices were a little off, but the staff I dealt with we're personable and friendly.

Try to do and make the best deal possible for y custom make thatf they are happy when they leave the dealership. And they not do best to make it happen.thats it.

RUN!!!! This company is full of scammers. They will do anything necessary to get you in a car. They even suggested I lie to the financing bank about my down payment. They gave my sister all my personal information when suggesting she be added to my loan since hers was not approved. She was told the loan was approved when driving off the lot and signing for her new car. However 1 week later asked to return the car. When returning my car due to several issues & due to the untrustworthy company, I was threatened with having to pay 100 dollar a day fee plus 20 cents a mile for the time I had the car which was less than 72 hours. They were very nasty and also told me they didn't see why giving my sister all my information would cause me to bring my car back and not trust them. Of course I was offered every deal and car that initially was not available for me. I'm glad I was able to get out of a long term deal with these frauds.

I bought a vehicle on last Friday I filled out all this paper all night come to find out I bought the cat back because they told me the car was inspected and came back on Monday lost a day from work sat all day because I had to give the car back because they lied and good me the car was inspected then I sat all day Monday to wait for them to bring me another car from car from Baltimore and sign papers all over again wasted a whole day yes I was mad I think o should have been compensatied or serving for my time there they took someone there lief about the car be service and they let me drive off with it this my second car I bought from them I think people should not lie to get payed buy a client poor service, for that.

Second time getting a car from Easterns. Ry’nn helped me both times. I dont know much about cars but he was able to answer all of my questions and got me the car that best fit me.
