The sales team was helpful. My salesman Frank hadn't been on the job long, but went out of his way to find answers to all my questions. The manager, can't recall his name was also very helpful. He got my a.p.r cut by 10% and the length of the loan shorted by a year. I already had a deal with another dealership but Easterns got me the vehicle, I wanted along with a better deal. The only issue was that I was at dealership for 10 hours smh. My 2016 Charger was delivered from Alexandria and the driver took 4 hours to get to Baltimore. Besides that, it was a delightful experience
