Glenda Bradley was a outstanding representative for Easterns Automotive Group. Our finance person Amir started out by personally insulting us and our character. His unprofessionalism did not end there, after insulting us he continued to mislead us and tell us one lie after another lie. His lies and unprofessionalism not only made him look bad but his co-workers who were also embarrassed by his actions. Ms. Bradley did the BEST she could to do under the circumstances. I would recommend her in a heart beat if only Amir was not there representing Easterns!

I shopped on cars.com and found the vehicle I wanted, and went through my own bank for a loan before I even showed up at the dealership and somehow my visit took 5+ hours of me waiting around watching the other families come and go with their new vehicles and with zero communication from the staff as to why i was kept waiting. If I hadn't already found/wanted my car online in their inventory, I wouldn't have put up with all the BS. Even after faithfully waiting 5 hours for my vehicle, they waited until I had paid the down payment, and confirm my banks loan to tell me that their temp tag machine was down for the day and that I'd have to come back in the morning to pick up my vehicle. Unacceptable experience and inadequate staff. I highly DO NOT recommend this dealership.

This is my 2nd time buying a car from Eastern. My husband and I saw a car we wanted, reached out to the dealership, and set an appointment for 4 oclock. We got there earlier and the vehicle wasn't there after being told it was going to be transferred the night before. We had to wait about 2 hours until the car got there. We had our own financing so it just prolonged the time, no fault of our own. Other than that, the experience was painless.
Very Courteous, Patient and Professional
Everyone was very friendly and professional. My salesman, Darryl, was extremely patient while I sought insurance. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy and that I drove away in my car...especially when I didn't think it was going to happen. His response was, "You're going to get some insurance if I have to sit here with you until midnight." I was very thankful he said that. I wasn't going to make him wait that long but the fact that he said it meant a lot. I appreciate that they listened to me and worked with me on a very professional level. I will be going back there when it's time to trade my car in.
