Buyers Beware!!!!

I truly believe in referring businesses when me as the customer total experience met my satisfaction. Unfortunately I can't say that about my experience with my car purchase at Easterns. I purchased a car on 12/23/17 thinking I could get a good deal since it was towards the end of the year. It took me 8 hours to make the purchase. During the 8 hours the staff stopped working and held a gift exchange. This was done while the other customers and I sat around waiting. This was very unprofessional. I couldn't believe they did this during business hours instead of before or after business hours. I purchased a Safe Guard Premier package. This package covers your tires/rims, windshield, interior and exterior. I notice something on the paint while my car was in my garage. My own error I didn't inspect the paint very careful while sitting in the dealership all that time. Since I purchased this package I decided to call and make an appointment to get the stains removed from my paint. Long story short. My salesperson nor the Finance Dept didn't tell me how to request service. I called my salesperson and he didn't know anything about what he sold me and told me I should have read the 7 pages the night I purchased the car. Basically he put the responsibility on me even though he convinced me to purchase the product. I knew I should have purchased the car from a dealership. I might have paid a little more but they would have taken care of me as a customer. I asked was the car treated to protect the paint. I kept getting a bunch of different answers then finally someone from Finance told me they treat all their vehicles inside and out to protect the paint and the interior surfaces. Really??? Do you really think I believe that after my salesperson told me the Service Manager didn't know anything about the service plan and couldn't help me. They basically lied to me and tried to insult my intelligence. I finally got the company to send a third party vendor to take care of the stains and basically after we looked closer at the paint they never detailed the car nor applied anything paint protectant. I will never ever purchase a vehicle from Easterns again and if you decide to do it DO NOT BUY THE SAFE GUARD PREMIER!!! They will leave you high and dry!!! Also, the vehicle had no license plate holder so I had to purchase one from a dealership ($80) and have them install it. Why would they sell a car without a front license plate???? They do not put their customers first at all. The Redskins should reconsider who they recommend.

Horrible and would never recommend this low class ignorant place. Treats people like crap even asked about several issues that needed be fixed and they waited until 3p days were up to tell me they cat fix anything

They sold me a car with no front tag…not quite satisfied

They sold me a car with no front tag holder and now I have to pay to get it installed. That is something we need on cars in MD. Therefore, I was sold an incomplete vehicle.

Beautiful car in excellent condition for a very good price! Very happy with the purchase and customer service we received. Ali was very helpful, he answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed. Would recommend to anyone!
