My overall experience with Eastern Motors was in my opinion poor. The only reason I didn't give it a one star is because of the salesman and the lady that handles the heavy amount of paperwork. The guy who handled financial aspect of purchasing the car was extremely aggressive about obtaining a down payment almost too the point of us walking away. Now my daughter is in the market for a new car and I WILL NOT let her go to Eastern Motors.

I brought a car from Eastern a year ago. I saw a car I like on their website with low miles and I wanted to know more about the dealership. I was able to get a car but not the one I saw on the website. I was financed by a bank through the dealership but the interest rate was very high. I was told by the dealership that I would be able to refinance but when I went to banks and credit unions they told me I paid to much for the car and would have to pay 7k in order for them to take the loan. The car payment is almost 450 a month and I will be stuck with this car for 8 years in order to pay it off. The sad part is all of my monthly payments except for 40 dollars goes to interest and not the car. I wish there was a better to purchase a car. I paid the same amount as a 2017 and got a 2013.

I had a great experience buying my car . The salesman Ricky was excellent in detail, addressed all my concerns and provided me options of my choice. Very patient and professional.

Once I drove off the lot, I went to a BMW dealership... They informed me that the needed service in 2,000 miles. Also that the tires were balding and needed replacement. I spent a total off $600 on a service and $300 on new tires. I've had the car a total of 3 weeks. I haven't even made my 1st payment! I would never recommend Eastern's to ANYONE!!!

Good car but worst loan options. I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from eastern motors are use capital one as an auto loan options.

Love the SUV that I purchased I was given a new car warranty but what was not mentioned and in my contract was that it was a continuing warranty that within6 months was going to expire not sure if that's what u called good business you tell me.

Were not pushy. Met my needs

Most dealers are very pushy and don't give clients the time of day to really find out if they like a car. They're always trying to get you to sign papers and commit to a loan before you even test drive! Im 18 years old and most dealers didn't take me seriously when I was looking at exotics. I was most times even kicked out of dealerships! Jarrod made me feel welcome to come to the shop and check out cars. His warehouse has so many exotics I strongly recommend dropping by just to see all the amazing cars. I ended up falling in love with a Ferrari California and purchased it from him shortly after. Any questions I've had while owning the car Jarrod has helped me with and he even fixed a speaker in the car free of charge. Jarrod made my car buying experience something exciting rather than a worry of being ripped off. Not only that, but he's very knowledgable about cars. You can tell he's passionate about what he does and thats why buying a car with him is so great. After my experience at Motorcars Washington with Jarrod I don't plan on buying cars from anyone else. 10/10 experience!

I wish the salesman knew more about the car I was purchasing. Also the car wasn't detailed well but overall they were pleasant to deal with.
