I setup a test drive, they delivered the vehicle from their Virginia location, on time. The vehicle was as advertised on the web page, looks & mileage. The salesman did an excellent job of telling me about the features. When I returned the next day to drop off some papers to finalize the deal I requested assistance with understanding and using the controls on the dashboard and the display screen and another salesman was available to walk me through everything. I would recommend Easterns to friends.

The salesperson was kind and helpful. The vehicle I wanted wasn’t at my location but they had it sent to my location within 2 hours. The issues I had was with the website is to only show vehicles that are at the specific location. It would save customers time. The finance department person was not pleasant to me. They also didn’t mention that I had to purchase an additional key out of pocket.

Not happy at all the car was on the website for one price and when the finance guy came over to show us the payment and interest rate it said one thing but when we got in the back to sign the paperwork it was almost $5000 more then he try to fast talk us and then lay then blame on the salesperson when they are not allowed to talk pricing. If you having problems getting a car please try someone else they always say they can’t get you in the car you want but comeback with something else and give you a lot of BS either blaming upper management or the banks telling all my friends and family to stay always from the dealership in Temple Hillls

My name is Byron Livingstone II purchased a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder sometime between December and January. The purchasing process was great, getting the vehicle was wonderful, but then things turned bad I called the sales department and said to them that the 40% of my second row seats will not come forward to allow access to the third row and was told to bring in the vehicle. I did this only to find out that they did not have an appointment for me to get it fixed. Then I was called later on to say, there was now an appointment however there will be no access to a loaner vehicle. This being my only vehicle which was explained to the location meant I could not take the vehicle in because then I wouldn't have access to a vehicle at all. I had to work that evening and was told my vehicle had to be brought to Virginia with no set time of how long it would take the repairs. So after missing that appointment I later called to see if they then would be able to accommodate me and did not get a call back as to what they would be able to do for me. So I now have a vehicle that I have to load my kids in from the street side to the 3rd row and will have to take it to a Nissan dealership myself and have the repairs done. This is very inconvenient and I am left feeling like Eastern does everything in their power to work with you to get the vehicle you need but as soon as it's yours nothing to make sure your satisfaction continues. I will give the sales department a 5 stars review but the customer satisfaction department 0 stars so average 2 stars.

Great cars and an excellent staff. I was driving away in car in Honda Cr-V in less than an hour. Michael is a very seasoned, knowledgeable and professional sales person. It was a very pleasant experience. I would not have taken the time to do this survey if it was not. Easterns Rosedale is the best!

I received outstanding service from start to finish. I could have asked for a better experience or professionals to interact with. Salesperson Spencer was exceptional. It was pleasure meeting him and we continue to correspond even now. Bravo!
