Not a good 1st-time buyer place.
I thought I was buying a car that had all the features I wanted. 2016 dodge charge RT with Rear Cam,AWD,5.7l V8. They brought the type of car. but not exactly what I wanted. But it was the last day of the promotion so I said screw it. My payment for a 1st-time buyer $503.79. SO if you have $ issues and want something nice. This is not a good 1st-time buyer place they want your interest $. Just a heads a up guys. Good luck on your hunt.$230 of my bill goes to interest btw. that's at 12.7 % interest. Don't get me wrong i love my car but it has been in a front end accident. They also didn't tell me the front bumper was repainted.

I brought a used car I had to replace all 4 tires called your customer service number and spoke to someone who was going to get a manager to call me back. Never happened I called again and he was going to call me back never happened very disappointing eastern motors will not buy another car or recommend your company to no one.

My experience with this enterprise was unprofessional. I'm almost embarrassed to let others know where I got my car from because of all that I went through. I do want to say that there were some people that were honest with me. But for the most part, they didn't look out for my best interest. I had a scheduled appointment with one person. I called in to make sure we were still meeting up. I was told that the individual had went to get lunch and he'll be back in 5 mins. So when I got the dealership, I was then told by someone else that the person I was meeting never came in that day. So they had to pair me with someone else. Wait, what? Why lie about that? They claimed they couldn't HONOR the deal that I was given the day before. After buying the car. I paid them over 200 dollars to get my tags transferred. I gave all the necessary documents to execute the transfer. I then realized a month later that I never did receive a registration. So I called them and they told me that they couldn't do it. So I had to come pick up my check and go to the MVA and do it myself. Huh, what? No.... I paid them to do it and I was told that it would be taken care of. And to make matters worse the young lady had an attitude. But she had an attitude the first time I met her, so I wasn't surprised. I then made several calls to complain. I even called the branch MANAGER and e-mailed him, which he never did return my call. Finally, the young lady that I gave my check to called back an apologized. They were then able to give me a temporary registration for the time being. They did however, send me my money back which is why I gave them a 2 star vs a 1 star.

Poor care and service
I walked into Easterns knowing exactly the car I wanted, and already had financing ready through my credit union. The sales person "helping" me acting as if he didn't have a care in the world whether he sold me the car, so I ended up working with the finance agent more than the salesman. The finance agent swore that he could get me a rate 1% lower than I receiving based on the credit report I printed out. After my skepticism and pressure, I obliged. Well I still have 7 hard inquiries on my credit report from that, and they were unsuccessful in finding me a lower rate. The car didn't have a current Virginia inspection when I go there so they had to drive the car to me a couple days later. When the lazy nonchalant salesman finally gets there, the check engine light is on and he acted like he didn't notice on the 1.5 hour trip it took him to get to me. Of course I was skeptical to keep the vehicle and the saleman had no problem or compromise leaving with the car. The finance person made a deal with me that I could get the car inspected somewhere of my choice, and come to find out it just needed freon. This was the most frustrating car buying experience I've ever had.
