Cancelled my app booking saying it was the wrong price. Offered to pay cash but said no cars available. Still waiting for my money back. Called and spoke to “Jane Gorman” who just got angry and aggressive then said “I’m getting tired of you!” and hung up. Couldn’t be any less professional. Cowboys. Avoid like Jane’s cancer.

I payed 7.90 i watched it say it was approved and then 10 minutes later got a bombarded with calls from 247 saying it hadnt gone through even though it says it on my bank statement. I then had to pay again but this time he charged me £8. 247 was passive aggressive when i called to complain, didnt care at all was super sarcastic. I felt it was cheeky considering i was drunk. Why charge me twice and they be different prices? now i feel like i have been unfairly treated and the way they handled it was not nice. I will never use 247 again. Very rude not helpful and passive aggressive and i feel i have been ripped off and treated poorly
Pre arranged 7 seater booking
Booked a 7 seater a month ago for my mum's 80th birthday to go from Bexhill to Sedlescombe and guess what didn't turn up! Suffice to say 2 people then had to drive as it was too to make alternative arrangements. Very poor will not book again.
Several issues with 247.
Several issues in a row with 247 now. 1st is a rude driver charging several times as the taxi had already been paid which he witnessed and he kicked off and was rude towards my girlfriend for a 2nd payment. I came outside to speak with him and saw the payment on her phone and explained to him it's been paid and it's come out of her account already and that we are not paying 2 times for 1 taxi journey which also turned up 30 minutes late anyways. He told me if we don't pay again she is getting blacklisted.(This is because the payment never went through according to head office)she paid it again through an online link and both payments came out of her account. And tonight she had a taxi booked for 3.30am as she works very late it's now 4.10am and it hasn't turned up and she has been told on the phone she isn't a priority. So it's now suitable to leave a woman alone at this time near pubs which also isn't the first time of this happening.

Been waiting stood outside my home waiting for a taxi, called 4 times and have had the same response “your driver is 10 minutes away” not pleased whatsoever

I would leave no stars if it were possible. This "firm" either don't turn up on time, or just don't turn up. How not to run a business. A taxi is booked at a particular time for a particular reason, it isn't a just turn up whenever you fancy it. We had to drive to a wedding before because they didn't turn up and today they were an hour late and didn't even give a toss. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I am really disappointed by this company on 6/8/2023 as when I phoned up and asked to book a taxi for 5 people they said to me 30-45mins which I did not mind and then after the time the taxi was meant turn up it did not so I phoned up again asked them what was going on and 247 just made an excuse up that they were delayed and baring in mind this is a Sunday night as well

Quite possibly the worst taxi company…
Quite possibly the worst taxi company to exist. The name 247 is a blatant lie, they prioritise on the day bookings over pre booked jobs, assign you a driver then either cancel it themselves or allow the driver to unassign themselves from the job which is a complete joke, if you've accepted a job then do it, useless company, tried to complain to their office and they made excuse after excuse stating it wasn't theirs or the drivers fault. Do not use under any circumstances, the owner doesn't give a damn about the customer, just how much money he can make, which can't be that much considering how many jobs they've lost due to incompetence.
