Failure to Launch: I received a satisfaction survey before…

I received a satisfaction survey before my speakers. Only after I indicated that my speakers had not been received was I notified of delays. Delays are increasing. A solution is hopefully in place but I don’t have the speakers nor word of shipment yet. I like what you are doing as a company and don’t like being critical, but if you can’t supply your product you should be more transparent about it. Respectfully, Mark

Amazing support

I contacted Arendal support as I had questions about one of their legacy products, which I was thinking about buying secondhand. The support team was prompt, knowledgeable and very diligent to answer any and all questions i had concerning their products. Mind you, I don't own any of their products. Not yet at least. But with this encounter I will rest easy if I do one day own something from the Arendal brand. If their speakers are as good as their support, I will own them happily someday.

Reliable and Professional

Arendal employees are responsive to all emails and phone calls. They are very knowledgeable about their products. They stand by their products and honored my 60 day trial return request. Further, the Arendal 1961 1V and 1723 1V subwoofers are beautiful, well made, and powerful. I will be keeping my 1723 1V. Thank you.
