Full support on e-mail in the purchasing fase - fat replay on all questions. For the delivery they were very flexible. The speakers - bought the 1961 Tower - has a nice sound with my NAD M10 V2 and the quality seems to be fine. My best recommendations.

Outstanding speakers, even more impressive after 50 hr break-in. Shipping was a bit of a hassle. Poor communication between DHL and Arendal. Took much longer than it should have, but in the long run was worth the wait. Had to pick up speakers at distribution center 1 hour away and pay duty before they would be released. Arendal did reimburse me for duty paid as they said they would. Company responds IMMEDIATELY to emails. Very courteous and helpful staff.
