Great Disappointment!
I called into American Water Resources on 9/6/2024 due to discovering water in my basement like I did approximately 2 years ago when they came out and replaced an outside pipe. The phone customer service person kept demanding that I tell him we’re the water was leaking from, but I didn’t know. He stated that he couldn’t send anyone out until I told him we’re the leak was coming in from. I told him that is why I paid for the coverage. He stated hesitantly that he didn’t want to get in trouble submitting my claim if it wasn’t a covered loss. He told me he dispatched the claim and that a plumbing contractor would be contacting me within three days, after a very lengthy conversation explaining my dissatisfaction regarding my water problem. I never got a call from a plumbing contractor at all as of today, 9/21/2024. I’m very disappointed and upset. This is the second time I have used them within the last two months without getting needed repairs done after paying for the contracts!
