Beware of delivery problems. Placed an order 25th March and it has still not arrived 11th April. No updates emailed regarding despatch dates or delivery dates, as with many mail order companies. I have contacted them and await a response.

Ordered medication in February but after two weeks didn't arrive. Sent email got reply to say an automation system had been installed item would be despatched within two weeks. Item did not arrive so requested cancellation and refund. Email ignored.Customer service a complete disaster recommend you use another company

no updates no tracking not recieved order while placing order it state delivery in 2 days not recomended update: after 7 month seller is asking more details about me like my mobile number and full name plus order number they know i font remember order number after 7 month this way they will remove my honest review about them they are total fraud and dodgy i got my refund after telling them im going to report trading standards

I placed an order two months ago. Item is out of stock but they are neither delivering nor refunding nit replying to emails. Avoid this company.

AYP we have a problem - your new robotic system has had a meltdown and my order of the 18th March has still not been dispatched. Unfortunately I don't seem to be the only one having the same problem. I'm not impressed with your current level of customer service at all it's very disappointing.

Placed my order 23/03, was told the same storie as others about system issues and that my order would be shipped by 5/03 the very latest, but still no news despite numerous attempt to contact them via their website, email and on the chat which states they are available from 9am to 5pm (obviously not as noone responds)

Easy to order items and good delivery

They take your money and don't send your order. When you contact them they take ages to respond...can't call them or due their supposed web chat either...and they make false promises that items will be dispatched 'next week'. Nada. Nothing. Zero Zilch. A number of emails didn't resolve this so I had to make a money claim via my bank for a refund. Fraudulent outfit

They sent my order request very quickly and everything went smoothly. Well done

Ordered on 13/03/24 order still not received. I emailed them asking if there was any tracking on 25/03/24 to receive a response saying that there was a delay caused by unforeseen technical issues due to the recent installation of a new robotic system but now almost a month later from ordering still no order. Refund now requested. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering as I would have avoided this palaver!
