They have consistently failed to deliver my order or respond to my complaint. I ordered medicines on 16th March. I complained that the order had not arrived and on 28th March they told me they had delivery issues. But I would receive my order by 5th April latest. Today it's 12th April and still no delivery. I will now be taking them to the small claims court.

I ordered three bottles of Hycosan Extra Dry Eye Drops from the company on 7th March and as yet I still haven't received my order. I've contacted the company three times now and have had a vague reply stating that I will receive my order within 2-4 days - which still hasn't happened. I've now asked for a refund which also hasn't been forthcoming. I won't ever use this company again.

I ordered back in February at the cost of £42. No order has been delivered after lots of emails weeks after I got a reply to say it would be there at the following week. Nothing arrived so After another few more emails again told it will be there the following week again nothing!! After few more emails to reply to say that I could have a refund to which I said yes I take the money back again after a few more emails still no order, no refund, no replies to me.,if company does not deliver, or give you a refund, they have stolen your money . Will never use this company again!!

I placed an order on the 26th February, today's date is the 11th April, I am fed up with emails about robots breaking down, troubles with logistics and communications failures Do NOT BUY anything from this company, I believe the AYP in their title stands for AT YOUR PERIL.

Bunch of scammers. I placed an order on 18 March 2024 and still NOTHING. Tried multiple times to contact and yet again NOTHING!!!!! Do not be fooled by positive reviews on the website or Trustpilot as these are very clearly paid for/fake reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

AVOID ordered more than 3 weeks ago no responses from customer service and no updates when item will be delivered. Company is a joke!

Dreadful service. Ordered my item on the 16th of March. Still didn’t receive it. I emailed them a few times for a refund but didn’t receive any response. Will never use again. I’m going to dispute this payment with my bank.
