Each time I've contacted Jumpflex for assistance for replacement parts under warranty they have been extremely helpful, quick to respond and resolved my query effectively. I'm extremely happy with the service we have received and the trampoline that we purchased 3 years ago now.

We have been really happy with the trampoline. A few parts have been well worn but covered under warranty. Customer service was very helpful.

We were expecting 6 x legs for trampoline but only received 4. This is replacement parts after the original detiorated. I also advised in my email the following has also detiorated: -net - padding over springs - poles - material connecting poles I was informed of how to order these items or if covered under the warranty.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Whenever I've needed a new part jumpflex have been so quick to reply to my emails and send out the parts. Highly recommend their Trampolines

Jumpflex amazing customer service and very happy with the trampoline. I was a bit reluctant to give jumpflex a go with my eye on another well known brand. It was husbands idea and I’m very pleased we did go with jumpflex, no regrets and can’t recommend enough.

Great quality, takes a bit of time to put together but easy to do. Ordering was a good experience and delivery was quick and responsive. Brilliant.

The trampoline is amazing the quality is great as well. Just one tip the safety net requires 2 people to put on.
