Great product. Shipped quickly. Took me about 7 hours to build the 12ft by myself. Easy enough to do, just a lot to do! The safety net had a hole in it but one quick email to them and another safety net was shipped. Not looking forward to changing it out as that approx another 2 to 3 hours but it didn't sour the purchase, Jumpflex can't go over every net by eye before shipping. Good experience overall, highly recommended. Trampoline is clearly much better than others you see in yards unless you spot another Jumpflex! My kids will enjoy it for years to come, as will I.

We required a replacement pole after one was broken. They had one in the post within the week at a good price too. Well done

The basketball hoop doesn't seem to stay put ,it's simply slots in and out and can easily blow out which is frustrating, if it's didn't blow out if would be amazing ,not getting used as it's not there all the time

Very fast shipping and a solid trampoline. The warranty was the selling point and customer service good, however I am not 100% happy with a few things. Unfortunately my daughter fell out the zipper and fractured her arm in the first week, the zipper is too high for 4 year olds to reach. By the time we noticed it was too late. Our old vuly had a low zipper and others have the overlap. I think this is an issue. Another factor that others had mentioned is the net: the netting has large holes, my son got his toe stuck and my daughter got her buttons stuck in the first few days. I wish this would be rectified as many people have had this problem and could pose a danger. May be silly but I also don’t like that water pools on this mat unlike others, maybe due to the thickness? Good weight limit, large springs are good. Easy to build.

Scored a great deal during the Black Friday sales and saved over $800 which was amazing!! Super fast shipping arrived within 3 days if purchase.. The trampoline itself was pretty easy to.out up with some extra adult hands and my son absolutely loves his new trampoline. Unfortunately part of my order didn't come with the trampoline and the spring protector mat was damaged in transit. But a quick email to customer support and I was sent out the missing item and new spring padding Excellent customer service I'm incredibly happy with the product and after care would highly recommend JUMPFLEX to anyone looking to purchase a Trampoline

Very easy and extremely quick

So far so good. reasonably quick delivery for regional and all pieces intact. The net is hard to put on, very tight & bent some of the upright poles, otherwise it's a great trampoline.
