Had an issue with stitching coming undone on one of the springs. Sent an email with pictures and an order was dispatched immediately without issue.

I placed an order in November with estimated delivery 1st December when it did not arrive I contacted online and was told to expect an email but it never arrived. A phone call later and we were told there were delays but it would arrive before christmas. A couple of days before christmas eve yet another call and we are promised it wuld be on a truck and with us either 23 or 24 December. Yet another call on the 23rd and now the freight company have lost the trampoline.. So no present for the kids and we are awaiting the replacement with no idea on eta. I'd heard amazing things about jumpflex but I'm really disappointed in this experience.

My girls are obsessed. Bought on Black Friday and got a good deal with extra accessories and free delivery. Hassle free and quick delivery. It took my husband about 45 mins to put together with 2 mates to help. The ladder plastic is a bit flimsy so I’m not sure how long that will last. Over all very happy with our purchase.
