I found it easy to choose my product and the website worked well. The delivery for me was terrible, it took nearly a month for me to get my trampoline and I’m still waiting for the shade over 5 weeks later. I’m really happy with the trampoline and it’s nice to bounce on. Seems good quality. Customer service wasn’t quite what I hoped. I had to call 4 days in a row in order to sort out my trampoline as they didn’t call back. I would still purchase from this company as they have a good warranty and I believe they accept feedback and are looking for ways to improve their processes. They didn’t live up to the best service on the planet.

So easy from ordering item to delivery. Assembly was easy & looks great. My son has a disability that's why we purchased what we purchased & the ease of access & simplicity of the zip is so good. Really happy with the purchase.

Great quality trampoline. Everything was in the box, and delivered quickly. My daughter absolutely loves it. Even I have been caught having a go on my own. Cheaper then a pool and far more fun.

Delivery was fast and it took about 2 hours for my hubby and father-in-law to assemble it (with a beer break in the middle I think). The kids awoke on Xmas morning to their new 12ft trampoline! They absolutely love it! The quality is amazing and the sunshade is a must have during summer in South Australia. My kids are young so can still bounce with the shade on but it would need to be removed for older kids and adults to bounce. Looking forward to years of fun on our Jumpflex!
