Extremely helpful, our trampoline was damaged in a recent storm and being so close to Christmas we wanted to replace it ASAP. The kind staff sent us a parts price list abs we were able to purchase only the parts we needed instead of the whole trampoline. They even gave us a few items free of charged that we had only purchased a few months ago. Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Fantastic trampoline! We bought the 15ft for our 5 kids for Christmas and gave it to them early. Safe to say it’s been used every single day and they are obsessed with it (ages 7-0). Us adults have even had a go too! We have the aqua jet attachment also and that has been a hit also being used every hot day we’ve had! Cannot fault Jumpflex customer service, brilliant! Very happy with our purchase and happy we chose Jumpflex over another more expensive competitor!

The trampoline is awesome but its almost impossible to assemble. It took three adults with a lot of swearing to complete the task.

Arrived extremely fast, installation directions easy to follow. We needed three people when attaching the net to the top of the poles, but very happy with the end result. The kids love it.

We have had the jump flex trampoline for nearly three years. We had a issue with the zipper pulling away from the stitching on the safety net, so I contacted them and they promptly sent out a new net. Very happy with them.

After nearly 3 years of daily jumping fun, I'd noticed one of the weld supports sheared. As the frame has a 10 year warranty, I sent a photo through to Customer Service who dispatched a replacement part two days later. We've fitted it and everyone's happy to jump safely once again. Thank you!
