Contacted Jumpflex for a replacement pole, immediate response and part was received next day ! Incredible customer service, especially at Christmas time

I bought the 12ft Trampoline. It's design and build quality are extremely good for the price. Construction was simple but the aide of a second person is a must. The 250kg weight limit exceeds most competitors. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and the kids love it.

We had some issues when we disassembled the trampoline to relocate, and the screws need to be replaced. We called jumpflex and new screws were shipped same day. Excellent service, friendly and helpful.

This is our fourth trampoline - different brands. After my 9-year old grandson had an 'accident' with the previous trampoline (we'd only had it just over a year) in which a spring broke and left him with an ugly scar, we decided to look more carefully into safety features before we purchased a new one. We were really impressed with the safety features and warranties to back these up that Jumpflex Trampolines provide. We knew when we were putting it together that it was a far superior trampoline to those we had purchased before. We highly recommend Jumpflex Trampolines.

Trampoline arrived very quickly, it was very well made and reasonably easy to assemble. It has a great bounce and holds up easily with 3 kids on it.
