The best thing that i ever did was to buy a jumpflex trampoline for my kids. It is a great well constructed trampoline that my kids love. I'm also glad that i purchased the extended warranty. As the trampoline has to live outdoors and cope with different weather conditions, inevitably deterioration of parts will occur. I am very impressed with the customer service, who have promptly organised a new net and spring protector, so that the kids cn continue to enjoy the trampoline for years to come.

We bought as a Christmas present, haven’t opened or used yet, but as usual, great service and delivery speed and if the basket ball ring is anything like the rest of the products I’m sure it’ll be great!

The order process was painless and delivery time very good although an ordered accessory was not delivered. That said , communication acknowledged the missed item so very happy with the timeliness of their communication. We have assembled the trampoline and it is being enjoyed although we are aware of a small issue with how the mat and surround are linked as they gave become undone on one spring twice.

The girl I talk to was polite and helpful but I’m hopping my shipment will not take 3 weeks as I find that unacceptable even at Christmas time

I purchased 14ft trampoline a few years back. Conor followed up on delivery to make sure it was received. My husband and kids play on it nearly every day.
