The purchasing experience was great but more importantly after-sales service was exceptional when goods went missing or weren't delivered by the carrier. After-sales service is more important than pre-sales service so on this alone i strongly recommend them.

Bought the 10ft trampoline and slide. Delivery was very quick and customer service friendlyandefficient. We have not yet set up the trampoline, but with customer experience we had so far, I would highly recommend Jumpflex.

We have had a few trampolines in the past. Nothing lives up to the harsh NT environment. Gonna have to say right from the start, our new Jumpflex just might supersede our expectations. Quality is far superior to other previous brands. Only time will tell. Shipping and delivery great! Thank you

The delivery of the trampoline was much earlier than expected and setting up with the help of 3 adults was stress free. We now look forward to Christmas to observe the surprise and delight of our grandchildren.
