Overall my experience with Jumpflex was really good. Customer service was very good and efficient. They went above and beyond what I expected when I had an issue. Delivery was the fastest I’ve ever had, just over a day and that’s a month before Christmas too!

No response to fraud - poor communication

I received confirmation of an order, and a shop pay verification code for an order worth over $1000. I never placed the order. I emailed your team four days ago to let you know that I didn’t place an order, and that there was either fraud happening, or someone is fraudulently using the wrong email address. No one came back to me. No one. Instead, I have continued to receive tracking notifications of the order to an address in NSW (not my address). I had the potential to cancel the order, or redirect it to another address - an order that I didn’t place, didn’t pay for, told you about, and you did nothing to remedy. This is an extremely poor example of how a company should deal with potential fraud. I hate to think how you treat confidential information.

Not impressed with the sales team side…

Not impressed with the sales team side at all. I inquired for if there was going to be any sales or promotions on the trampolines or accessories/packages leading into Christmas, as I was in no hurry and happy to wait if one was coming up in the next few months. I was told no, no sales , and that they never have sales as their standard 'low price' & discounted shipping was their everyday best offer. So I purchased one with the accessories I wanted. Less than a week later they announced their 'Black Friday Sale' for free shipping and free basketball hoop accessory. So the total value I could have saved was $200. Very annoyed as this is a substantial amount and they clearly would have known about this. Will not be recommending them based on my experience. Very 'dodgy' and not customer focused attitude to their service.

12 ft trampoline and sun cover

I ordered a 12 ft trampoline and sun cover, for my daughter and her family in Cairns. Very happy with the extras and free shipping for Black Friday. The ordering process was straight forward and easy 👍 As yet the items are awaiting delivery so can’t really give five stars yet as delivery pending but happy to give four stars for the process so far ✅

Couldn't believe how quick my order…

Couldn't believe how quick my order came! Ordered in the evening and two days latter was at my door! Wish all my deliveries came so fast.
