Excellent service - I ordered a jacket which was too small, be aware if there are 5 sizes and the smallest one is L it may be not be large UK size.. I contacted My Blufish and they came back quickly and were happy to send a replacement jacket in 2XL straight away. The jacket is lovely, looking forward to wearing the new one! 😊 David

When my item didn't arrive I contacted Myblufish who apologised and offered a replacement or a refund straight away, I could tell by the tracking info that it was down to the courier service that my item hadn't arrived so for Blufish to offer me these choices was very refreshing. I asked for a replacement because it was a birthday present and then my original item turned up so I was happy all round. Thanks Myblufish much appreciated Terry

Although the company has excellent customer support, I failed to receive my order the first time round and then failed to receive the replacement order, so I can't really recommend.

Received parcel earlier than expected however it was not suitable and needed to organise a return. I sent an e-mail which was dealt with immedistely. Awaiting refund but so fare so good.

Brilliant customer service, very quick on responding to emails. The size I ordered was massive and to big, so I could of done with a size 14 Instead. But overall lovely light rain coat lovely colour. I will be ordering the next size down though. Keep up the great work Thank you Toni
