I received my order sent it straight back, shocking more than disappointing, really poor poor quality, Still waiting for my refund .

I ordered two items which were nice items but not suitable for me .I contacted customer services and within a couple of minutes they got back to me and resolved my query .Very happy !!

My rhinestone sandals broke on first wear. I emailed to say how unhappy I was, received a reply within minutes to offer replacement. May take 12 days to arrive so may be to late for my holiday. 4 stars at moment. May update if replacement pair stay intact!

I purchased an item which I wasn't happy with but was totally impressed by the way customer services dealt with it. They agreed a refund without any dispute and didn't even request the item to be returned. Would have no hesitation in purchasing from them in the future

I purchased a swim suit that was supposed to be for larger women, 14 plus sizes, I checked out the sizing chart, and I am usually a 16 normal sizing in swimsuits, so according to their sizing I looked like a size 16. (In the large sizing the size 14 can be large on me). The bathing suit was lovely but it would have been a size 10-12..I gave it to my friend looks great on her....definitely incorrect sizing...sad

Cant fault the customer service refunded my money straight away .Living social deals however were a nightmare to contact to get money in account Myblufish sent another email refunded into my account same day . Well done MYBLUFISH thank you
