Highly recommenced company!!

I can’t praise this company enough. I contacted them to return an order for a refund. They replied extremely quickly & professionally. Refunded my order without any problems at all. A pleasure to deal with. Totally, 100% recommend to others.

I had purchased a wowcher voucher and…

I had purchased a wowcher voucher and the item on arrival was not was I expected. I wrote to the Blu Fish and their customer services team responded within minutes and agreed to refund me the cost. I donated the item to charity. I appreciated their efficiency and pride in ensuring customer satisfaction was retained. I remain a customer !!

Brilliant customer service

I’d ordered a Blu Fish product through wowcher that hadn’t arrived. When I contacted wowcher they were very unhelpful but blu fish got involved and quickly found out it had been dispatched from wowcher and forwarded proof to wowcher for me so I could try and sort out and resolve. I’d been trying for while myself with no success and within week of contacting Blu Fish it was sorted and delivered. Would definitely just go direct from now on as I was impressed they’d taken the time to help me.

I complained about damaged goods this…

I complained about damaged goods this morning. Complained to Wowcher. Received an almost immediate reply and the team also complained to the merchant on my behalf. They have contacted me immediately and have sent out a replacement. I have rated this review as a 3, however, I shall increase this when replacement goods are received in good order. I cannot fault the service received today, fingers crossed ....
