Hubby bought what looked like a nice thick winter faux fur jacket. Tried it on. So thin that you could see the colour of my jumper under it. Bought via another website. Emailed Blufish to return. Reply was would I like a replacement. Replied no a refund. Heard nothing back. I see by other reviews this jacket is not worth selling! Lynne Galbraith.

I recently purchased an item from Myblufish, via a Groupon offer, which didn't fit me. I contacted customer service and they were amazing. Within days I had received a replacement item at no cost. I was very impressed with their ordering system, their product, the speed of their delivery and their after sales service. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered a fur coat from My Blufish and it wasn’t the same as advertised so I emailed them to ask for a refund. They emailed me back the next working day and refunded me immediately with an apology. So this has changed my mind about the company, thank you for being cooperative.

Ordered a jacket from Wowcher and sadly the jacket did not fit. So i requested a return and refund. I was most surprised at BLUFISH who replied within 24hr of my request and refunded back to my account with 72 hours. Well done Blufish peehaps some of the greedy companies could learn from you.
